Rimki's new comic The Garden Cat has arrived! It's an expansive autobiographical journey through the sights, scents, dreams, and frustrations of a man reluctantly seeking to gain the trust of a feral neighborhood cat while juggling the pressures of the daily grind. Along the way, the artist reflects on the nature of consciousness, takes measure of the ebb and flow of creative engagement, and makes a strong case for the value of making hand-drawn printed comics in opposition to feeding the social media attention-theft algorithms. Copies are available at the link above, and I'll also have copies at my table at upcoming shows (TBA).
